Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy At Case&Crafts, each order is made with care. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If the address provided during checkout is correct and your tracking indicates delivery, it is the responsibility of the courier to ensure delivery.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If such an issue arises, please contact the courier directly.

3. Shipping Confirmation Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Order Adjustments

  • Orders can be modified (items added or removed) before shipping. After shipping, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
  • If an incorrect address was provided, cancellation is possible with a 20% restocking fee. Redelivery requests will incur a $11 CAD fee.

5. Final Sale All sales are final. No refunds or returns are available.
